These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PremierCurtain.ae, a Dubai-based provider of custom curtains and window treatments. By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, placing an order, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

We encourage you to read them carefully. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Our Business & Contact Information

PremierCurtain.ae is a trading name of a company operating from Shop 74, Al Ameed Plaza, Al Asayel Street, Al Quoz 4, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We specialize in custom-made curtains, ready-made options, premium fabrics, professional measurement, design consultation, and expert installation services across Dubai and the UAE.

2. Definitions

  • Custom Products: Curtains, blinds, tracks, or motorization systems manufactured according to your specific measurements and specifications.
  • Services: Measurement visits, design consultations, installation, after-sales support, and related activities.
  • Deposit: Initial payment (typically 50%) required to commence production of custom orders.
  • Force Majeure: Events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, pandemics, government regulations, supplier delays, or labor disputes).

3. Orders & Order Confirmation

3.1 All orders are subject to our acceptance. A contract is formed only when we issue written confirmation (email or WhatsApp) and receive the required deposit.

3.2 You are responsible for ensuring all information provided (measurements, fabric choices, design preferences, and delivery address) is accurate and complete.

3.3 We reserve the right to reject any order at our sole discretion.

4. Custom Orders – Measurements, Production & Changes

4.1 Measurements

We offer free professional home measurement visits as the recommended option. If you opt for self-measurement, you bear full responsibility for accuracy. Incorrect self-measurements may result in additional costs for remaking or adjustments, which will be quoted separately.

4.2 Production Timeline

  • Standard production time for custom orders is 10 to 21 working days from receipt of deposit and final confirmation.
  • Complex or large orders (motorized systems, special fabrics, or bulk quantities) may take longer.
  • We will communicate any expected delays promptly.

4.3 Changes to Confirmed Orders

  • Minor changes may be accepted within 48 hours of confirmation, subject to our approval.
  • Once production has started, changes are generally not possible and may require cancellation of the original order and placement of a new one, incurring additional costs.
  • Fabric or color changes after production begins are not permitted.

4.4 Samples

Fabric samples are provided free of charge for evaluation. Samples remain our property. Excessive requests or damaged/lost samples may be charged.

5. Pricing, Payment & Installment Plans

5.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and inclusive of VAT. Prices are valid at the time of quotation and may be subject to change until the order is confirmed.

5.2 Payment Schedule

  • Custom Orders: 50% deposit upon confirmation; remaining 50% before delivery or installation.
  • Ready-made Products: Full payment at the time of purchase.
  • Installation Services: Usually included in the final balance unless quoted separately.

5.3 Accepted Payment Methods

  • Bank transfer, major credit/debit cards, and approved digital wallets.
  • Tabby & Tamara installment plans (subject to their own approval criteria and terms — we are not responsible for their decisions).

5.4 Late Payment

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of production, delivery, or installation, and may attract late payment charges in accordance with UAE law.

6. Delivery, Shipping & Risk

6.1 Delivery Areas

We provide free delivery within most Dubai areas. Deliveries to other Emirates are subject to additional charges quoted at the time of order.

6.2 Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances.

6.3 Inspection & Acceptance

You must inspect goods immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage, shortage, or defects must be reported within 48 hours with supporting photographs. Failure to do so will be deemed acceptance of the goods in satisfactory condition.

6.4 Risk and Title

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Legal title remains with us until full payment is received.

7. Professional Installation Services

7.1 Our certified technicians will install curtains, tracks, rods, and motorized systems as per the agreed quotation.

7.2 You must ensure the installation area is clean, safe, accessible, and ready (finished walls, appropriate power supply for motorized items, etc.).

7.3 We are not responsible for pre-existing structural issues, electrical work (unless specifically included), or damage caused by unsuitable walls or surfaces.

7.4 Rescheduling of confirmed installation with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a AED 250–500 rescheduling fee.

8. Cancellation, Refunds & Returns Policy

8.1 Custom-Made Products

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of confirmation may qualify for a full refund of the deposit (minus any non-recoverable costs such as design or sampling fees).
  • Cancellations after 24 hours or after production has commenced are generally non-refundable.
  • Refunds, where approved, will be processed within 14–30 days.

8.2 Ready-Made Items

Returns are accepted within 7 days if items are unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Return transportation costs are borne by the customer.

8.3 Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made curtains, altered or installed products, and personalized items are generally non-returnable except in cases of proven manufacturing defects.

9. Warranty, Defects & Liability

9.1 Warranty

We provide a one (1) year limited warranty on workmanship and materials from the date of delivery/installation. This covers manufacturing defects but does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper use, cleaning, or installation by third parties
  • Fading due to prolonged direct sunlight exposure (beyond normal expectations)
  • Customer modifications

9.2 Claims Process

All warranty claims must be submitted in writing with clear evidence within 14 days of discovering the issue. We will inspect and, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the affected item.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific products or services in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, government regulations, or material shortages.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, catalogues, and marketing materials (images, designs, text, logos) is owned by or licensed to PremierCurtain.ae. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

12. Data Protection & Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with applicable UAE data protection laws. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for details.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

14. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any quotation and order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and PremierCurtain.ae regarding your purchase.
